About: Rin learned that Squall has lost his memories due to his use of Guardian Forces back in his world. Rin wants to figure out if people can regain lost memories in exchange for their completed memory crystals. He knows Sosyne is Squall's alignment so he wants to pose the question to him specifically.
How: Telepathic (he might work with Haruka on this since Haruka is aligned to Sosyne)

Hello! For this particular meeting, is this the only question Rin wishes to ask? If so, it's been mentioned IC-ly several times that you can go to the Tree of Memories for that kind of matter, since memory petals can also display lost memories! Otherwise, Sosyne will just end up grumping a lot and calling him insults and might not give him a straight answer depending on how the situation is approached.
