Time: Ideally sometime after November 13th but before the 22nd, but if that doesn't work pushing back to December is probably doable. Her questions aren't relevant to the November plot at least so backdating ought to be fine.
About: She wants to meet him, obviously, but also would like to ask some questions about the state of the world (that the Arehtei may or may not be able to answer, but it doesn't hurt to try, right?)
How: Physical; as a note Karna will be accompanying her through the volcanic area because there's no way her Servants will let her go somewhere that dangerous alone, but once she's close enough that she can make the last leg safely herself he'll wait there for her at her request.

Hello! This sounds fine, and she is fine to bring whomever she wishes to along. Just as a general warning, though, Piphron was not terribly in the mood for chatting last month. Depending on what is said, conversations during that time might be cut off at any point or may result in mild injury if Piphron loses his temper

And yeah, Ritsuka's actually even ICly aware that Piphron's in a mood thanks to Obi-Wan's post... just that, unfortunately, that wasn't sufficient to deter her from trying anyway. If something happens, she'll accept full responsibility for it, etc.
