About: It is partly a check-up, and alsooo Red bringing up about a representative system for the arehtei with the humans--and other species!--of Empatheias, to help relations between the two and to see what Peromei thinks about it. Or, at the very least, so she knows about the idea given her health at this time. He will be leaving what he hopes is a hopeful letter along with some wish petals. Such hope.
