Arehtei: Daimonia preferably since White referred to her, but he'll speak to any of the Arehtei he can reach.
Aligned: N (unless Peromei talks to him instead in which case Y)
Time: Sometime mid-March (11th or later) after he returns from the crystal cave exploration.
About: Syrlya wants the chance to ask an Arehtei about their relationships to everyone's emotions and the whole destroying the surface world thing since he's still feeling a lot of wariness about it.
