About: He stopped by to give her a red cape lined in black. For her smaller form. Because color reasons. :| It's probably a little too small though since he didn't measure her but she can still tie it around her neck if she wants?

To make things quick and efficient, is there anything I should know about Jecht and Daimonia's relationship so far? As you've probably seen by now, Dai has just changed player hands, and while I've played her in the past it was before Jecht's time.

Sure I can toss up a starter. He's only met her once back in mid-October. Most of the ooc detail is here and in that ic thread that was unfinished (bad timing on my end tbh. The tail end of 2019 was not great for rping)

But essentially he commented on how pink she was the first time and they talked about color for a bit. (he later privately had the idea to make her a cape for ADDED COLOR hence this thread.)

Before that he was asking her if she had thoughts about his current status as a final aeon (a summon) and whether she knows if he'd end up killing a summoner if he found one. (because he does in canon. But he doesn't know he's nerfed enough he won't here. He rampaged once back in August because he lost control.)

I think the only thing I'd need to know OOC is what her answer would be to his last tag here. Would she be able to cancel a bond between summoner/summon if it's being done in front of her and it turns out he might kill the summoner when summoned. I'm not sure how canon familiar you are but if you need more summary/details, let me know ♥

Okay -- so what we're thinking is that Daimonia won't be able to break a bond during summoning, but she doesn't know that any more than Jecht does and she would tell him she's willing to try it out on a smaller spell if he has one, to see if she's able to interfere with his magic at all. However, I know that failure would not really be helpful ICly and the uncertainty may block him from trying.

So, I think one thing Daimonia is liable to know is that many Otherworlders find that their magic functions somewhat differently in Empatheias than it does at home. IE, the Star Wars people are still able to use the Force in Empatheias, but because Emp runs on different energies than they are used to, it feels different; likewise Reaper from Overwatch has found that he's basically able to eat emotional energy for strength. She wouldn't know those individual specifics I think, but if she were to tell him that his powers might function a little differently than he's used to by virtue of being in Empatheias at all, do you think it could lead to him realizing that the killing part of the summoning has been nerfed? I definitely want to set you up to play with the mechanism if I can.

Oh yes. He is aware he's been nerfed or altered to some degree at least. Because of how different the final aeon's form is here. It's just a deep seated fear of accidentally murdering another summoner.

Though hearing from her about other otherworlders' magic/powers being altered would be helpful. He knows it happens but not outright confirmed to him in that many words, if that makes sense.

Would she be able to mention that some have been weakened before from their original selves? It'd help more that way but it doesn't really have to happen cause I think this could be enough for me to swing some things already. :3
