Time: ICly sometime around the 12th. OOCly, whenever works tbh o/
About: Sans just has the urge to be rude(r) to somebody (than normal). But he also wants to shove his recently completed crystal somewhere out of sight and doesn't trust anyone else with it, so he might as well give it to his aligned Arehtei.
How: Physical! Though I'm OK with it starting out telepathic if it wouldn't be possible to track Peromei down independently.
